Rippd ships exclusively within the United States. Because hemp-derived cannabinoid laws vary by state and local jurisdiction, availability is determined by your shipping address at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to 43 U.S. states and jurisdictions. We do not ship to: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Orders to these destinations cannot be fulfilled. If you are unsure, check your state before you build a cart.

Shipping Rates

Free discreet shipping on all orders over $100. Below that, rates are calculated by zone at checkout:

• Ground: $5.99 to $12.99 depending on your state
• Priority: $11.99 to $13.99 depending on your state

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with Rippd, you acknowledge and agree that you are 21 years of age or older, that the products you purchase are legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are responsible for complying with all local and state laws. Rippd reserves the right to limit or restrict product availability based on shipping address, cancel orders that may violate applicable laws, and refuse or refund any order we believe cannot be legally fulfilled. If your order is canceled due to shipping restrictions, you will be notified by email and refunded for any affected items.

Processing & Delivery

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery times vary based on carrier and location. All Rippd packages ship in discreet, unbranded packaging with no product names, logos, or hemp references on the outside.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Because these are consumable hemp products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or any other buyer-initiated reason, and we do not issue refunds on delivered orders. This applies to every product we sell, opened or unopened.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including strain, size, and quantity.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is final. To request a cancellation, email support@werippd.com as quickly as possible with your order number.
