Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. Because these are consumable hemp products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference, and we do not issue refunds on delivered orders. Please review your strain, size, and quantity carefully before checking out.

The one exception is a mistake on our end. If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package is confirmed lost in transit, email support@werippd.com within 7 days with your order number and photos where applicable. We will replace it at no cost or refund the affected items.

Where does Rippd ship?

We ship to 43 U.S. states and jurisdictions. We do not ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or Vermont — orders to these destinations cannot be fulfilled. Because hemp regulations continue to evolve, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local and state laws before placing an order.

How much is shipping?

Free discreet shipping on every order over $100. Below that, rates are calculated by zone at checkout: Ground runs $5.99 to $12.99 and Priority runs $12.99 to $22.99, depending on your state.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your Rippd order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

How long does shipping take?

Rippd orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship discreetly?

Always. Every Rippd order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There are no product names, logos, or hemp references displayed on the outside of the shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Only before it ships. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is final. Email support@werippd.com as quickly as possible with your order number.

Is it legal to purchase Rippd products?

Yes. Rippd products are derived from federally compliant hemp and produced in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Third-party lab reports (COAs) are available for every batch we release.

What is the minimum age to order?

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Rippd products. We reserve the right to verify age at checkout, require adult signature upon delivery in certain situations, and cancel orders that do not meet age requirements. No exceptions.

Are Rippd products lab tested?

Yes — every Rippd batch undergoes independent third-party testing to verify purity and consistency. Each batch is screened for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents. You can view the full Certificate of Analysis (COA) on our website or by scanning the QR code printed on your product packaging.

Who should not use Rippd products?

Rippd products are intended for adults 21+ only. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications without consulting a qualified professional, or have been advised to avoid cannabinoid products. Keep all Rippd products out of reach of children and pets.
